Sidas T-Free
These are the first technical running and trail running socks with a separate big toe compartment to improve comfort and stability. The big toe plays an essential role in balance, alignment and propulsion. Polygiene fibres ensure effective odour control and excellent durability. The history of the Sidas brand
Sidas was founded in 1975 by three passionate ski instructors looking to improve foot comfort during their ski sessions. Faced with a lack of suitable tools, these pioneers innovated by moulding their first insoles with simple means: a baking dish and a cushion. This inventive spirit marked the beginning of a great adventure for Sidas.
This early success paved the way for a major expansion of the company, which went beyond the world of skiing to bring comfort solutions to a wide range of sports such as running, hiking, cycling and many other disciplines.
A decade after its creation, in 1985, Sidas diversified its expertise even further by venturing into the medical sector. Building on the technologies it had developed, the brand launched Podiatech, designed to provide healthcare professionals with optimal solutions for the foot health of their patients.
